Smoothie king is always a hit for our family of 4 ! So delicious and the employees are always so polite !!

I have not even picked up my order yet, and I can tell you I'm not coming back. When we walked in the two people behind the counted didn't even greet us. We literally stood at the register for four minutes before they turned to ask us what we wanted. They were too busy talking on their phones and throwing things into the sink loudly. Anytime I go to Smoothie King, I get overwhelmed by the number of options, so it usually takes me a while to decide. The staff at this location didn't mind the long wait while I finally decided that I needed a protein-packed Vanilla Gladiator smoothie with mango and pineapple. I love Free Upsize Fridays, where you can get a 32-ounce smoothie for the price of a 20-ounce. The app always keeps me in the loop with deals like that. This location felt more like a café. It's cozy and small, and you can tell it's a newer space just by looking at the furniture. They were super quick with my order, and the taste was consistent. Great management! I go here almost daily. I use the app, which everyone should,you get lots of goodies for being a member. Anyway, I had an issue the other day with my order, so when I received the email that asked "How did we do?" I did the survey and let them know my smoothie was not good, for the first time. Well, the owner called me to make it right. Of course, I was going to get my smoothie later that day. So she had her staff remake the one from the day before and it was on the house. It was very good. Just wonderful service. I'll be there tomorrow with my dog and they even give out pup cups!!! read more

They are nascent and still trying to hit their stride. There is confusion with every order and the efficiency isn't there yet. Owner has a larger inventory or snacks and bars than most Smoothie King locations I'm sure that'll be corrected soon. Staff is pleasant and at the time of this writing I have yet to suffer any adverse effects from my visit. It's been a huge gapping hole in the area of smoothies since the previous Smoothie King franchise decided to throw On the towel after Harvey. I'd say give them a try, substitute that Egg McMuffin or doughnut for a smoothie once a week. It'll be good for your body (sans turbinado) and the Kingwood community. read more

I dislike how every time I pay for extra peanut butter on my açaí bowl they always miss to add it and when I do substitutions they never do them. It's irritating because if you ask the employees they give you an attitude because you're correcting what you PAID for read more

They have decorated the facility for the holidays & the staff are showing their festive side as well this year. LOVE that! Keeps it fun when stores follow various holidays/events & decorate/dress accordingly! They are quick/courteous & the store is clean! Very respectful staff! read more

My smoothie is good 9/10 when I get it and that's when they get my order right, they are extremely slow even if I order ahead of time on the app or drive-through, I kept giving them chances, considering they were new, but the same problem still exist. read more

I frequent a smoothie king at least twice a week, this was my first time at this location on 8/20/2021. There was a young girl with glasses and brownish blonde hair working the drive thru who had a very nasty demeanor. She lacked customer service skills and use an inappropriate tone when speaking to "walk in customers". The gentleman that assisted me was fairly new and gave inappropriate/incorrect information as I ordered and forgot to ask me about my cup choice. As I returned from the restroom my order was ready but not in my cup preference. I simply said "oh, I preferred a styrofoam cup ". The young lady that was assisting me at the moment simply switched the cups. The rude girl (working the drive thru) says "can you tell us that next time because now we have to waste a cup". read more
