At The Disco Concert on 8/10/18 and obviously for Pearl Jam too. This was seriously the very worst Merch experience of my life and I have attended hundreds of concerts. They were severely understaffed, only 3 Merch sites in Key Arena, Merch showed up late, the lines were hundreds deep even after the show. You had to choose between missing the show you so wanted to see or not get any Merchandise that is only available at the concert. Soooooo disappointing for many fans.

This company needs to have better customer service and more staff running the booths along with a lot more sizes. I give this company a thumbs down for the service.

The delivery took a couple weeks but with it being the start of the football season when I ordered I'm sure they were swamped, and the product was well worth the wait.
