I had a small plaque engraved for a gift. Unfortunately, her name was misspelled. I immediately sent an email, followed-up with a few more emails and no response. Finally, I returned to the shop and explained the error and was told a new plaque would be made. Again, followed up with emails and nothing - no response at all. Very disappointing. read more

Took an antique crystal pitcher with silver overlay to be engraved on June 19th. Owner said she would have it finished by August 2nd for my 15th Anniversary. She calls me on August 1st to say she's not sure she can do the job with the tools she has. I agree to help her make a decision the next morning. She convinces me it's not a good idea with what she has. I go home to find the crystal has been cracked near the handle. Call her to complain, she denies any knowledge of it. Has only been in her hands and a padded box, so you tell me. read more

My review is a bit late but I always say, "Better Late than Never". My pig baby, Ellie had passed away suddenly and she was my first fur baby as an adult. It was a struggle with the cremation and working with the vet hospital I had to go to. Glenda helped out tremendously and was so understanding and very patient. The work she did was better than I could have ever expected! The plaque on Ellie's wooden urn box looks so great! I also got to get to know Glenda as a person through this entire process and she is an amazing woman! I will recommend her to anyone/everyone. Small father/daughter run business - I've gone to them a few times now to have plates engraved, trophies made - they do everything and are very accommodating. Had to rush something and they were able to do it. Had roughly a hundred plates engraved once and there was one typo but Chuck - the owner - was able to redo it quickly. Shop has lots of displays of various trophies and types of engraving - I've tried other places but they seem to have the best prices so this is my go-to place now. The one downside is you can't order online. They only have catalogs online, but that's okay for me - for something like a trophy it's nice to go into the shop and talk to the guy in person to make sure they know what you want. It's a little hard to find - it's near the Family Fun Center (the old Funtasia) across from Premera at the light but lots in front of their shop. read more

Glenda is amazing! She not only took my last minute Christmas order, but she successfully engraved on the SIDE of my watch! Of course when I ordered the watch planning the side engraving I had no idea engraving on a curvature is challenging and often impossible. Finding someone to take my order within a week of Christmas was hard enough, but she was up to the challenge of the curvature engraving and the watch turned out perfect plus so neat and unique with the engraving on the side! I came to C&M Trophy to have a shadow box made a couple of months after my husband died. He was a retired US Navy Chief. Spoke with Mr. Mellon, said he could do a very nice job, I believed him. Gave him my husband's medals from his dress blue uniform & an American flag that was given to him from his last reenlistment aboard the USS Wisconsin. He took the stuff to his house where he said his shop was. He then had a gas leak fire, thank God he & his wife wasn't @ home & they were OK. he promised to replace all the stuff I gave him & still do the box. That was more than 2-1/2 years ago. He never gets back to me. And now I do not even have the medals or the flag to make another shadow box, nor do I have the money to replace the many medals he received while he was active duty. Glenda refuses to do anything about it, says it was her father, not her who took in the job. I do not call this respectful or honorable service. I call it an insult to me & my family. My husband served his country with honor & distinction for more than 20 years. And this is how Mr. Mellon treats us, by not honoring what he said he would do for me. Not even offering me the money to replace what he lost, that he told me he got some insurance money for. I would not recommend them to anybody. They are not honorable people. I have an annual Girls Weekend with my family and last year I decided to get a wine glass engraved for the winner of the wine tasting that we always do. I came up with the idea at the very last minute but was able to go into C&M trophy, pick a glass, have it engraved & walked out with it that day for just a few dollars. I got another glass engraved for this year's weekend and will be getting a glass each year from now on! They were wonderful to work with, very helpful and were able to do it right on the spot. I also got married earlier this year and decided to have some glasses engraved for the men in our bridal party. From the first time I called to inquire about their process & prices, I knew I would choose them because of their helpful attitude and desire to get done what I needed.
