Tina and Corissa are both super knowledgeable instructors, this definitely is apparent with their daily workout routines. It's tough and you will be pushed to the max, however, the community, as well as the instructors, are all here to support each other. There are monthly nutrition challenges as well as other types of challenges for folks to tackle with a team or individually. This is one of many reasons why I truly enjoy this place, there is no "Crossfit cult" like environment that many other places have. I mean, if there is one, it's the most positive and supportive environment I've ever experienced. It's definitely addictive and not for everyone, but if you like to work hard and get results - I would highly encourage doing a trial run with them. It was the best decision I've ever made. The only thing I've had to ever wait for was the pulleys. Decent amount of cardio equipment and options. Pretty well kept up, but the bathrooms can get hit pretty quick when they're busy. Overall a decent option for a gym in an area with limited options. The 24hr availability is an added benefit.

Can be startling when you're the only person in the gym. One of the televisions have been out of order for at least a month or two now... The equipment is older, but sufficient. One of the elipticals doesn't work properly. Doesn't allow an increase in intensity, or strides like it's supposed to. The equipment is dusty. Wish that the equipment could throughly be cleaned and dusted off each day. Was turned off when I overheard the fitness instructor talking bad about a client.

The door was locked so he knocked on the door. It was 11 am. A staff member looked at him then went into the office. He tried to call again and they didn't answer. Now I know what your thinking... how do we know that was an employee? It could have been a gym member wearing the shirt and name tag just using the office. Quite possible. My guess is, they don't need anymore clients and frankly, why would you want to go somewhere where the staff is so rude? I don't. We went down the street and signed up at Blackhawk fitness.
