The place is clean but does have some dust because the place is already expanding! The cardio side has plenty of machines with a stair stepper, elliptical and spin bikes. Plenty of space to move around and TV's are available. The place even has a punching bag as well as open spaces for exercises. Card access allows workouts anytime and the place is well lit. The rates are second to none and the place even has a full-time trainer.

I think I packed on 30+ pounds of unwanted weight gain, due to enjoying a sedentary lifestyle after retiring from the military. What better place to start than the place one grows up in. I started this endeavor, by going to one app I always turn too: Yelp. Thankfully, I actually have somewhat of a reception, so my search responded with two fitness centers. Ironically, they are literally directly across from one another on Main Street. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I called one fitness center and was informed to come down immediately after I talked to the owner himself. So, I went inside looking for him and made no contact, in turn, I called him again, only learning he was across the street standing outside waving at me. Upon my arrival, I was met by the owner named Jarod Burt himself. Very nice guy and personable, plus he's quite big muscular wise. He gave me a tour of his facility, which I remember it being a hardware store as a kid. Gym is a 24/7 style establishment with clients given a key to unlock the door. Plenty of towels for personal and wiping off equipment. Two bathrooms, which are unisex. No shower facilities though. Parking is primarily on main street and I saw no handicapped parking either. There are two TV's on 24/7 and Pandora. Equipment wise; e.g., cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. I'm glad I signed up to this gym, which I'll visit every time I return home to check on my mother.
