The people who work at this branch have been professional and polite to me and I would use them again.

The bank obviously has problems with security. A warning of fraud comes up everytime I log in…read more I could not get into my online account. I went into the bank to ask what happened and to see if my paycheck was in my account. The head clerk continued to talk over me so I couldn't get my questions out. Finally asked her to please stop talking over me and how could she help me. She then made a phone call and told me even though the money was not showing online it is in my account. A couple hours later the VP called me saying how rude I was to the teller - REALLY???? Asking her questions is rude??? Than he said he was closing my account because of it!!!! Benny, the branch manager, feels that $35 is more important than customer service. As a business…read moreprofessional I feel it is important to keep customers, especially students who will one day run this country, and the key to that is by taking care of all of you customers. By simply refusing to wave an overdraft fee (which is a branch decision) due to a banking error Benny has lost all business of myself and anyone else that I deal with. I discourage anyone from dealing with Benny or First Citizens Bank. Any other bank would have been happy to help in this matter, and it is sad that I have to take my business elsewhere!
