Apparently they popped in a couple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we weren't low on paper. They told me in advance they were going to do this and I didn't even notice them sneak in. They are so slick, slid right in and out. It wouldn't have mattered if we saw them. They had great communication pre-party and the booking process was very easy to navigate. They customized the photo strip for the party as well which is part of the package they provide. On the day of the event, they showed up promptly to set up for the party to set up. The attendant was extremely personable and professional. The majority of the guests were teenagers and he did a great job hosting them at the booth. He did a great job. The kids loved the Photobooth and props. Pricing is good, quality of photos is great, we get the digital copies immediately after event is over, we get a copy of the photo itself PLUS one with the frame and they were able to design the frame exactly as I gave to them (with a few clarification emails). Would love to use these folks again at our next big event.
