The automated washing system does a good job, and for a few dollars more you can have the staff clean and vacuum your vehicle while you wait. We just do it ourselves for free at the finishing station where they have cloths for you to use and powerful vacuums that will suck the color off your seats if you're not careful... super powerful vacuums. I can't speak to the value of the higher priced washes - you can even buy a monthly plan which is probably a good deal if you wash your car a lot - but you get quite a lot for $7... full wash and dry, use of vacuum, use of cloths, and use of high pressure air nozzle to blast out debris from those hard to reach places. I hated to see Snappy go and the Zips sign appear because Snappy had such a great thing going, but it looks like Zips might be going to be a good thing too. So far, so good.

You sit in line and get a timed wash and need to go back through if it didn't get everything. You can get the same thing for about $12-15 anywhere else. And you still have to vacuum your own vehicle. I really just wanted to quickly remove it from the roof and hood/trunk, and I'd take care of the rest later. The machine is worthless for that. When I got home I took a wet paper towel and ran it over those same surfaces, and the pollen and dirt came off with just a wipe in one direction. When the charge appears on your banking statement it shows up as the name of the guy collecting the money for this contraption and not the name of the place itself, which lead to some confusion on my part, and on the bank's part, too - as they thought I was being scammed and wanted to cancel my card, until I put 2 and 2 together. Some white product on my wheel. Now having to pay for a detail to get the paint off. Second, never got the full service. Wheels are still dirty. Tire shine was not applied. Wax was never applied. Parts of truck still dirty. Let's also talk about staff. Seem to look like only one kid was working. Hated his job and didn't even run through the steps for putting your car on neutral and hands off wheel and feet off break. WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS DUMP! Place should not be in business
