He answered and took my information and had a quote to me within 24 hours. His quote was incredibly reasonable so I moved forward. His reviews and photos mirrored the type of company you would want to work with. He was able to provide me with a copy of his insurance as all trees were very close to structures, a fence, shed, deck, and my house. I was scheduled within a week due to some rain in the forecast. He and his team showed up on-time, as expected, and began working quickly but carefully. They had all of the necessary equipment, knowledge, and experience to remove the trees safely and protect my property. They were also very kind, polite, and easy to communicate with. There was not one piece of any of the trees that came down in a location that was not intended by the crew and in some cases was tied off and lowered to the ground piece by piece. Although they had to bring a lot of equipment into my yard, my yard was not damaged at all and their clean up was ABSOLUTELY impeccable! It honestly looked better than before they arrived due to some of the trees shedding from the winter. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jorge and his crew. They are truly masters in their field and the fact that his communication was 100% customer focused was such a bonus.
