This is THE BEST nail salon in the area. it's so clean, they are fun and professional and their work is unparalleled. I moved from the Chicago-Milwaukee area where I did my due diligence at finding the best nail salons. I tell Snappy all the time that they do a better job than any nail salon I have ever been to. I go religiously every 3 wks and my nails are gorgeous. I'm so grateful I found this place. I was driving to Chillicothe and looking in Columbus for a great spot only to find the best place is a 5 min drive! So happy!! read more

I hate to do this because the two staff members where very friendly and kind but $124 is a lot of money to waste. This is a photo of my nails RIGHT after being done ... No nail prep besides a quick buff, they didn't pay sh back my cuticle and I have long cuticles, I have never been anywhere where they don't push back cuticles... I got these done for a wedding and I wanted them to look fresh and they look like they have almost a week of growth on them. The whole experience just seemed a little too rushed the pedicure was pretty minimal as well. All and all way over priced for a rushed job with no with no prep. I was excited to try this place out because I'm looking for a regular nail salon that I can go to around the area but I feel like I really wasted my money unfortunately. read more

If you want screwed up nails within days, this is the place to go!! Service and results are horrible! My grandmother and I were there last Monday. We had appts at noon. The tech who worked on my granny was extremely rude. Her nails were rushed because she asked how much longer she had to wait (when our appt was at noon and I was and almost finished by 1245 and no one had even started on her.) Her tech actually told me that they would do her nails first next time because "she wants them done now". She only asked how much longer because we had another appt elsewhere at 2! Needless to say, within 2 days she already has a nail that is completely broken off and the very next day gel polish was coming off of mine..My days off are Mondays, so we go back today for a repair (called first, they said come on in) We get there and apparently it was the owner I was speaking to, Vicky, that said she wouldn't fix my grandmothers nail (free of charge like any other nail salon does) because it wasn't broke when she left!! Well had it been done right to begin with, it wouldn't have broke off in 2 days! Said she would only repolish 2 of mine (even though they all look wavy and lumpy) because I had to get them repaired elsewhere the very next day in Ashland. (This place is closed when I go to work and closed before I get home) I couldn't have greasy stinky nails for a week!! oh, and they take no responsibility for their screw ups..apparently "I didn't have my hand under the light right" otherwise it would have dried properly!!! I have NEVER been to a place where the OWNER of all people acts this way. She should have said, no problem, our bad, let us take care of that for you.. Instead, they lost 2 customers and I will be sure to let everyone I know about our experience so they go elsewhere. This place is a complete waste of time and money!!! read more
