Post-shoot, we interacted a lot and he made sure that we were happy with the photos and helped us choose the ones we would print out. TBT Photography is definitely geared more towards though who value high quality prints as opposed to social media files, so be sure to work with Vince to tailor a package that works best for you. We had to use a translation app multiple times and communicate with the designer and project manager to clear things up, which could have been avoided by designating materials in advance so workers knew what was needed/where to find them. Knowing what kind of work was going to be done each day would've also been helpful. Izabela our designer was very friendly, respectful, and attentive to my design preferences. She also always communicated in a timely manner. Derek our project manager replaced Ben through the construction process so we didn't communicate as often but he was always friendly and considerate to our needs, and available if we had questions. Ultimately, we're very pleased with the result and excited to have a beautiful, functional bathroom!
