It is important to state that there can be many issues with warping and the falling apart of a fence when you get prebuilt sections from a big-box hardware store. For starters, the owner, James Walker, came out and did the initial assessment and quote for us. James was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuine through the whole process. He showed us samples of what he uses for the materials and pictures of his work. His quote was a fair price, especially since he builds the whole fence himself instead of using prebuilt sections. Additionally, he was the one primarily building the fence during the whole construction process. It took him just under a week to finish it, and he worked the whole week through without taking a day off. His work ethic alone speaks volumes. Over the past few years the gates have continued to become misaligned due to ground settling and usage. I have recently requested a quote to realign the existing gates and received a quote of another $525.00 using all the existing materials. I find this quote excessive and insulting--perhaps if the gates were being replaced it would be reasonable. Additionally, the attitude during the process "they didn't likely put in the fence since THEY couldn't find their initial invoice" really is poor. I would not recommend R R Mann for any projects you may be considering.

He offered to drill couple of holes in the J-Channel around the window frame as this was the problem for the leak and did not charge me for it. I am going to have him fixing couple tiles because it is rare to find someone who is willing to do something for free as it only took him a minute to drill the holes but he did have to figure out the problem for the leak. As an Army veteran, he certain possesses the integrity of a soldier as he could definitely charged me a lot of money by exaggerating the leak problem. Certainly would recommend him and will use him for all my minor home projects.

All the while the project manager ghosted me and would not provide an update unless I called. And just when you think the project is done, turns out they used untreated wood for an outdoor deck. After finally calling someone above the project manager I was give a discount for inconvenience I guess but at these prices this is simply unacceptable. I had another project lined up but did not move forward with using F&S. I am looking for a new contractor.
