Awesome people. Actually had an AFO made by the lab in North Little Rock. What a pleasant experience getting measured and casted. The final product fit perfectly. They also made it very clear that if an issue did occur, just drop by and they would take care of it. I hope I never have to get another orthotic, but if I do, I'm going to Snell read more

I finally…read moregot through and asked if I could make an apt. they said, no, we take walk ins, so just come in. So, I couldn't make an appointment to guarantee my spot? The front desk rep also told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the boot and it would be 250.00 cash. I called Snell orthotics, made a same day apt, and they FILED my insurance after getting approval, and my charge was 49.00! So, I think these reps at Horton's are lazy and crooks!
