They are all extremely nice and make you feel comfortable and trusting. Bikini waxes (and triple X's) are always awkward. You get a bit nervous getting your parts out for someone else! But Linda and her employees are extremely nice. They are as gentle as they can be and chat away with you ensuring that you are happy. They use a range of waxes, so the right one can be used on the right body part and you can have the best result. It is not extremely cheap as it is a small boutique shop, not a chain. But the service is very personal and I definitely think it is worth spending the extra money. They shop also offers tans and manicures. I have never had either here, but I think that the quality would be great like everything else they offer.

With an inner city location, this Endota is smaller and a little noiser than others, just from sheer building size and traffic. But they have decked the place out with soothing music and equipment and try their best to make the place quiet and serene. Endota Rundle is 3 stories tall, with the reception and entry on the middle level. There is a tea/waiting room downstairs along with some treatment rooms and larger group rooms upstairs. The therapists are amazing, as expected, and they know their stuff, tailoring each treatment to suit the client. Sometimes I have had nice chats with them, or a laugh, or a silent treatment where I have almost fallen asleep. If you want something a little different, get Alex the male therapist, he is pretty cool.

Seriously not great. I've been here twice, once for a haircut and once for an eyebrow wax. The…read morehaircut went smoothly enough, although came out looking a little more conservative than I had wanted. But the wax was one of the worst I've ever had. Waxing itself is never going to be an overly enjoyable activity so the onus to make it bearable rests entirely on the skill and bedside manner of the waxer. This lady did not succeed. She first of all got out a odd looking stick which she used to roll the individual hairs around and tug them out. After maybe a minute of this I asked if she could please just wax, since that's what I came in for and her response was "Oh... well, I suppose if you just can't stand it." She then proceeded to use the wrong wax (ie: strip wax instead of hot wax which is meant for sensitive areas) and told me off for flinching. Aside from essentially implying that it was somehow my fault this all hurt so much, she didn't speak a word to me. All in all, a pretty sucky experience.

The piercing took less than a minute and althought it did hurt and was uncomfortable I had expected that and the pain passed quickly. The studio was incredibly clean and looked to be at a clinical standard. The materials used were all fresh and I felt confident using the service. It was not the cheapest piercing I could find, but I would rather pay extra for the service than feel concerned by environmental factors or feel unsure of the person piercing me. Overall quite happy. I paid $150 to have crap quality (heavy, plastic, matte black - way too long, asked for natural, these were NOT natural looking at all), massive lashes put on. To try and get them removed was such a hassle and I wasn't offered a refund or to replace them with natural looking lashes. The lady who put them on was so surly. So rude. If she had spent 5 minutes asking me questions before the appointment just asking what I wanted none of this would have happened. She saw I was pregnant and couldn't even be bothered offering me a knee pillow. I paid $140 for lash lift and tint. Afterwards my lashes were the same colour and my lashes were as straight as when I went in. Bitterly disappointed. I did these things as a luxury for myself. Lift and tints for birthday. Extensions for pregnancy (and being pregnant means you have so little options to do nice things for yourself).

After having 4 tattoo removal sessions with a different company I decided to have 2 sessions at…read moreSilk Laser Rundle Mall after being told by them that their laser was much better then the one used on me previously I decided to give them a try. First red flag was that both appointments where incorrectly booked and they had to contact me each time with new appointment dates/times. The first session I was charged $300 while the next time I was charged $150. This was because the first person beleived it was over the $150 size but when I had the second session i was charged $150 as they beleived it was the small size. I queried with the girls at reception why I was charged two different amounts but they could not answer why and was not willing to look into it. At my second session I asked to see the before photo which was taken and was advised she could not locate it and then checked with reception, they also could not locate it and said to contact them in a few weeks after someone returns from leave. I rang and emailled them about the before photo and they did not get back to me. Since I can not compare the before and after photos I can not say if the two sessions made any difference at all. While the ladies there are quite friendly, the administration side is quite poor. I would definately not recommend them for Tattoo removal, go somewhere else!
