My children ages 9,8,7 & 3 yes, they were picking up and looking at toys but they were not the only children in the store doing so. There were other children literally throwing things across the shelves, making a much bigger mess, yet the employee chose to repeatedly single out and address only my children. She literally told me " I've been picking up after all your kids" excuse me ? I have one 3 year old and the rest of my kids are old enough to walk by themselves and each item they grabbed they put right back so no you weren't picking up after my kids you where complaining about my 3 year old who EVERYTIME picked a toy up I put back . It wasn't even the fact that she asked them to stop that bothered me it was her attitude and the disrespectful way she approached the situation. If you're going to address children for picking up toys, then address all of the children doing it, not just the ones you decide to target. It was after school hours on a Friday, and children are obviously going to be in the store. I expect employees to handle situations professionally and respectfully, especially when dealing with families and young children. At that point, I left my entire cart there and walked out. I'm not going to spend my money at a store where my children are being singled out while other children are doing the same thing or worse and being completely ignored. If you don't want to deal with customers and children during busy after-school hours, then perhaps working that particular day isn't the right fit. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and so do their children.

Overall, it's convenient and the process is easy, but the payouts are definitely on the low side. They took 14 items and 2 brand new shoes with tags, $21.80 for all.

The store inside is simple and there is a variety of cool items he also has for sale. I even saw a penny that was missstamped for those who collect and are looking to add to their collection. He has some new jewelry and some gently owned pieces too. I thought he was very nice and I would definitely return to purchase something and with out a doubt, this is the only place I would go to with any broken jewelry for a quick fix.

He takes your ideas and creates a special piece from silver. When I walked in, he came to the counter and we talked about my piece of jewelry. He gave me a reasonable price quote for the work needing to be done. When I asked how long it would take, he suggested less than a week and maybe even in a couple of days. He was pleasant and I trusted that he does quality work as his shop is in the plaza and he is not sending anything out.
