I was standing on a long cashier line and asked a manager here for a price. She told me that they'll call somebody when I get up to the register. I'm at the register & she is now looking up the price. We could've saved a lot of time and eliminated a lot of the line had she gotten a price for me rather than prices for women behind me. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. One was pretty easy and the other one was a bit tuff. The alteration lady reassured me the work that was needed for the dresses and the price. I agreed with the price and expected the dress to be altered in a month. Keep in mind she had looked at the hemming of the dress and knew exactly how the hem needed to be done. If it was difficult she could have just said "no I will not alter it." I went to pick up both of my dresses yesterday and only the dress that was an easy fix was fixed. The other one was not done at all because the alterations lady stated that "she no longer felt like altering the dress" because of the price she quoted me. So I asked the front desk girl (supper sweet btw) if she could ask her how much she would like to fix the dress. The alterations lady stated "she doesn't want to do it because she doesn't feel like it." I'm never coming back here and will not recommend this location to ANYONE. I didn't even get a call to notify me that the dress won't be altered at all. Thankfully I didn't have a special event going on that couldn't have been affected by this whole mess.
