I explained that I did ask for condensed milk, and she responded by saying it would be $1.07. I had no problem paying the $1.07 - I just wanted what I asked for. Instead of simply adding it, she started hollering and speaking with an attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but there is still a way to talk to customers respectfully.
