We made the plan to remove one tree and trim the other, both trees towering over our roof line and close to our home. They removed one tree with no problem even though it was incredibly close to our house, the other very large tulip poplar was trimmed just as we wanted. The trimmed tree also had a tree house that remained undamaged. Adam and his staff took care of the clean up and left the yard better than how they found it. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a well documented complaint, the BBB made phone calls, sent letters and finally a registered letter. Tree Solutions NEVER RESPONDED.
