Betsy seems to have a chip on her shoulder and has a nasty attitude. She did little to assist and seems as if she was hired to tell clients that Kelly is unavailable and it is what it is. You are charged for their mistakes and issues then told there are no issues with the bill only to be roped into a back and forth ending in additional charges. I'd pay thousands upon thousands for quality, but that is not what I found here. She was told unequivocally to be present at court and i would not sign a motion to dismiss her duties of representing me. On the day of court she was a no show and had filed a false motion with the court stating there was no objection to her being removed from case. Her only plus side is she is always in the office. Maybe because she doesn't actually represent anyone just takes their check, cashes it, spends it and the doesn't show up for court.
