They missed the closing date because of ignoring these requests. They blame it on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) when requests were sent on Nov. 20 and 26. Wrong info was sent again the day before closing on Dec 3. This is costing the seller $$ in credits and interest on the proceeds from the sale. Kristy, the attorney, told the buyer and seller's reps she didn't know anything about this because she's been out of town. WHAT? Since Nov. 20? DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

Tony took the time to explain to me in detail why a listing I was researching to purchase was a bad idea. He had no obligation to do so, but he's clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and ended up saving me a potential legal nightmare. And no, he didn't know which property I was researching. I only provided certain details of the available deed and what I found out about the property. So, he had nothing to gain personally from warning me about the listing based on his experience. I wish more professionals were as forthright and concerned about their customers.
