The website and user manual show a photo of the product components and I had everything pictured. After purchasing two cords to try to charge the device, I realized that the description of "USB" port was incorrect and that the port the manual refers to is not a USB port. I called the store and spent over 30 minutes trying to get help with this. The employee helping me had no idea what was going on. He was a new employee and didn't even know what device I was talking about, even though I offered to give him the item number several times. When I finally insisted and gave him the item number (after 25 minutes), he realized he didn't have that item in stock to compare. He told me to call back and said that he would not answer, so that that woman at the other store would pick up and help me. SO, I call... and call... and call.. No answer. I reach out via the website chat. I finally receive an email asking for my order number, which I didn't have because it was an in-store transaction. The woman from NY finally calls me. She has a horrible attitude and actually laughed at me several times during the call. She cited a 7 day exchange only policy. My item was purchased 3 weeks prior. So, even thoughI do not have all of the components, had to spend a ridiculous amount of time dealing with these people, and have a recording device that is flimsy and sub-par to others that I've used, this store will not talk the product back and give me a refund.
