This is not clearly explained upfront, and it feels like a trap you only realize you've stepped into after it's too late. Consider this your warning. Advocacy? Negotiation? Fighting for your rights? Absolutely not. When dealing with doctors or insurance companies, they fold immediately. Whatever they're told, they accept. No pushback. No strategy. No effort. Which is wild, since they're paid a percentage of your settlement--yet seem allergic to fighting for more money. And then there's Goldstein. Calling him "a piece of work" is being polite. If arrogance, dismissiveness, and self-importance were legal credentials, he'd be unstoppable. The cherry on top? Everyone is always on vacation. Constantly. Perpetually. This office has more PTO than productivity. Meanwhile, your case sits untouched while you're treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions. Bottom line: this firm does not see you as a client or a human being. You are a file number, a transaction, an inconvenience.
