We completely love that this place has vegan options that are delicious. The bread for the sandwich was great. The sweet potato fires were delicious. The pho was perfect in every way. The broth was savory and tasty. I only wish it came with the vegetables that are in their vegetable soup. That would make it a complete meal for me. It seems to be a popular place to stop and eat. My friends and I saw a lot of customers come in and out. We were confused about how you go about ordering food. Do they come to the table, do you order at the counter? Supposedly you pay after you eat but they took our payment before. They served me my pho and forgot the wontons. One of my friends didn't get her meal at all. She had to ask about it and they apologized and said they thought they had already served her. My meal was delicious and I would like to be back and try more things, but I also thought they were very pricey. I was debating if I wanted to do 3 or 4 stars. Sadly though, their matcha is awful and I won't be getting anything matcha again. I was shocked because they have good quality boba and I didn't expect such low quality matcha to be served. Such a cute place! It's got a modern cafe vibe. Plenty of seating and well lit. I ordered the beef combo pho, which was absolutely delicious. The broth is so rich and served hot. It has a real depth to the flavor. They give you a lot of meat and noodles! I was pleasantly surprised. Usually the proportions are lop sided. Their hot oil is fire! So definitely ask for that. The menu has a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. There's even keto options. They do have boba tea, which is bomb. The service is a little lacking. We didn't get a refill on our drinks. Meh. We tried the Snowbite in Edinburg and weren't too impressed, but I saw this one and read the great reviews so I just had to try it. Well, the reviews lie, LOL. I had a passionfruit tea which was slightly sweet with a pleasant flavor and some funky jelly cubes. I would order that again. The BBQ pork bahn mi had an appropriate amount of salt, but was devoid of the finger-licking, savory, deliciousness that I have grown accustomed to in bahn mi. It was edible, but that was about it. I ate enough to fill my stomach and actually threw the rest away. Maybe their other dishes are better? I think two strikes on the food is enough for me. My boyfriend had the pho and it was very tasty and had a great amount of veggies and meat. We also had the steamed dumplings and they had the right amount of spice and vinegar to hit the spot. The sauce is more liquid than I'm used to but great flavor. The red bean smoothie came out next. It didn't have a strong red bean taste which was disappointing, tasted like a sweeter vanilla ice cream milkshake. The grilled pork sandwich was next. It was OK but not what I expected, which was my bad since I didn't review the menu carefully. I thought it'd be the traditional grilled lemongrass but you have to order that specifically. The grilled pork seemed like a sausage. I took the dessert bread to go since I didn't want to stay past their 8pm closing time. This is my second time coming here and I would say the food is decent. Nothing spectacular, but I wouldn't make the effort to convince friends or family to come here to eat. The first time I came here I ordered their shrimp rice bowl and the fresh spring rolls and sweet potato fries as appetizers to share. The bowl came with about 6-8 pieces of small shrimp and I really didn't think it was worth the price. The appetizers were good and tasty. In my second visit, my friends ordered the brisket pho and I got the Banh Hoi. The pho was pretty standard, nothing mind blowing. The Banh Hoi was pretty good but my only problem was how little meat was given. Again, I felt like the amount they gave didn't justify the price. We ordered the brickalicious dessert, an item they are popularly known for. It was topped with a chocolate syrup and I believe condensed milk with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and bananas on the side. Same thing, nothing special. Lunch at Snowbites today! I so enjoyed the sweet potato fries with the yummy toppings! Also tried the fried rice, and it wasn't greasy! Delicious! Sad to nickel and dime someone all the way. Not to mention hardly any protein in the Pho. They charged 50 cents for chili oil for dipping. They charged $3.00 for a side of veggies that are suppose to come with our "2" Pho soups. But wait it didn't stop there...we were charged a 4% processing fee for paying with a credit card. I had been wanting to try this place out for the longest time. My friend & I finally got the opportunity last week and I am so glad we walked in there. The staff was exceptionally helpful and that was before we they found out it was our first visit. Then the food was very flavorful and the veggies were crisp and fresh. By the time we finished our meals it was their closing time so we asked if it was too late to order a dessert to go. They were kind enough to not only make the dessert for us but insisted it we were welcome to stay and eat our dessert there. So if anyone is on the area, stop by and check them out. First nobody welcomed us we waited but nobody came to show us where to sit. There were 6 of us so had to join two tables n arrange the chairs ourselves We had to go to the counter to ask for the menu because nobody came to give us one and told we have to scan the code to view the menu. We had to call one of the girls to tell her we are ready to order. Afterwards we ordered the brickalicious for desert. After few minutes we followed up the desert but we were told it take another 15 to 20 mins to make it so we cancelled it You have to pay at the counter. Our bill amounted to almost $200 so we ask the girl if we can review it. We questioned why the brickalicious was there when we cancelled it, she said who did you inform, I told her the other girl. She said I will put that to her tab. I said if you already made it it's OK will take it and she said no so why are you letting that girl pay for it. After paying she gave me a receipt which showed 18% service charge $25, processing fee of $5 and tax $11.54. These are hidden automatic charges. The food n service are not worth the price we paid for. Food is so ordinary not worth the price. The Place is not nice so ordinary and cheap. read more

I feel so disenchanted because I really, really wanted to love this place. I was so enthused by the prospect of eating here thanks to the glowing reviews. My mom and I came in for lunch. We didn't like it and she had the same gripes as I did: The server was nice, but while it wasn't really busy, he never brought my spicy mayo. I had to ask a waitress to please bring it. The mayo tasted different *bleh* to all the other ones I've had at restaurants, which BTW, are standard condiments such as Lin's, Kato's, Kurai and Kumori. The spicy mayo tastes the same at all those places, but this one was just ugh, more like Miracle Whip instead of mayo. I thought it was ridiculous when the waiter informed me that the mayo (which comes in a little container) isn't free. He didn't tell me the price, but said he wouldn't charge me. Gee, thanks. I thought I liked basil (tomato basil soup is my favorite) but their use of basil was overpowering. I know it's used in Vietnamese cuisine, but not so much! It marred all the food we ate, from the emperor fried rice, the deluxe sweet potato fries and the beef phonominal tacos T.T The basil masked the other flavors and actually got on my nerves. Speaking of nerves, my mom and I grew quite irritated at the constant whooping sounds the employees made. It was jarring, distracting and inconsiderate EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they did it. We were conversing and trying to enjoy the food (we didn't) but as we were already annoyed by the above mentioned complaints, you can imagine that their whooping was the digestif we needed to end our lunch prematurely. I asked my server why they did that and he said it was every time they received tips. ¬.¬ Speaking of tips, I was further annoyed by the suggested tip of 18% (with increasing options, or no tip).
