He and I had talks about this and his excuse was, Inflation. If he had to pay more to run his business, he had to raise his prices. Well, I started looking around and found this Company. I let the other family owned busy go. This is a bonafide landscaping company. They even have uniforms to look professional. Quan is the Owner and he doesn't just show up occasionally and standby watching, he works too. He provides complete lawn care He , cuts hedges, takes care of our flowerbeds, lay mulch, pull weeds, trim trees and does much more at reasonable prices too. He does not do chemical treating. I wish he would. He told me he does a lot more, just ask him. Our lawn went from average to outstanding in appearance. We are very pleased with his services. If you want a yard to be proud of, I recommend this company. I waited a few months to see how they did before I posted this review. I let the other man go.

Disappointing Experience -- Services Not Provided as Contracted and Refund Not Completed…read more I am very disappointed with my experience with this lawn service company. I entered into a contract that included mowing, trimming, fall cleanup, winter cleanup, shrub pruning, garden bed weed control, fertilizer treatments, and aeration and overseeding. I paid for the services in advance. After approximately 10 visits, the only service consistently provided was mowing. Unfortunately, the quality of the mowing was also unacceptable, with numerous ruts left in my yard. When fall arrived, the promised fall cleanup was not performed; instead, leaves were blown into my flower beds. I contacted the company on several occasions to discuss my concerns and provided multiple opportunities for the company to improve the service and fulfill the terms of the agreement. Unfortunately, the issues were not adequately addressed. I ultimately requested cancellation of the contract and a refund for the services that had not been provided. After several attempts to communicate with the company without receiving a response, the owner eventually contacted me and stated that I would be reimbursed in full. I received two payments of $200 and then one payment of $100. After that, the payments stopped, and the company has once again stopped responding to my calls and messages. My concern is not simply that the service did not meet my expectations. The services outlined in the contract were not provided, and despite the owner's commitment to reimburse me, the agreed-upon refund remains incomplete. I am sharing my experience so prospective customers can make an informed decision. I would recommend carefully reviewing the contract, understanding the refund and cancellation terms, and considering the risks of paying for services in advance

Frankly, I was nervous about the prospect of damage to my newly shingled roof - so I needed a very reliable and safe removal service. I tend to "over-research" things ("Fail to plan, plan to fail" - John Wooden, UCLA). So I got five (5) estimates. I selected Mountain to Sea Tree Service because of four factors: 1. Safety 2. Fair Price 3. Excellent Reviews 4. Safety Yeah - I counted safety twice. I worry (about the roof, folks working at our place being safe, etc). After spending a lot of time researching (Insured? Yes. Bonded? Yes. Excellent rep and ratings, both by customers and BBB? Yes), I met Andrew Stillman, owner of Mountain to Sea, and we walked my property. Unlike one tree service owner who does a lot of work in our area, Andrew did not "leave his truck running, race around in a rush fast-talking price before he even saw the trees". Andrew explained everything, his approach and experience, and any concerns I had evaporated. Although I rank price below safety, he was also the most competitive with price by far, and that I believe is because the other services planned to use a Crane (adding cost) over several days. Andrew learned the business with the large trees on the West coast and handled it the old fashioned way, no expensive crane sitting at my place for days. I was stunned with the precision with which each branch and limb was cut and lowered, even the most precarious ones hanging far above our roof. Andrew climbed, cut, and his team carefully and gently lowered each limb in a manner that was downright surgical and gentle. Cleanup? I've had a lot of experience with companies at our properties (three house roofs reshingled, two barn roofs, trees removed, etc), and Andrew's crew goes above and beyond, cleaning as they work. My place actually looked "better and cleaner" when they were finished. Andrew and his crew are very polite, friendly, and personable. We highly recommend Mountain to Sea Tree Service. They are safe, bonded and insured, very very skilled, and their prices are fair and competitive.
