But this time.....we only needed a Leland Cypress topped off and were charged the price of taking it down. The reason given was we had to pay for the time and fuel to come to our home. However, not only did they come a day early, but also when I was driving in our neighborhood a few hours later, I saw the very same truck and crew. Which of course means they were already going to be in our area, yet charged us a time-and-travel fee anyway.

Original work performed by them was great. took down some trees. their stump grinder was broken…read moredown and had to wait for that to be done. No problem. After the stumps were ground asked to have the stumps ground farther down and the yard leveled where the trees had been. Got a quote and had them do this. Owner came by my work to get paid and I had not inspected it yet but based on previous work I paid him. When I got home I found ruts from his equipment all thru the yard. He had spread what was ground up full of tree shaving and some dirt and seeded but left 2 to 3 inch ruts all through the yard and you had to be careful not to break an ankle. When called and asked to fix the problem, and then confronted I was told they would come fix it. Still months later and no contact or repairs. Do not use them.
