Edward said he can do the inspection for free. He was super nice, helpful, and guided me through the process every step of the way. It turns out there was enough damage to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance so he helped me through the process. Throughout the entire claim process, Edward followed up with me every other day on the status of the adjuster meeting. Even when I didn't know the time, he went ahead and called on my behalf. He advised he likes to meet with the adjuster to make sure they account for all of the damages. When they say they advocate for their client, they really do. It turns out my insurance didn't approve my claim although Precise saw many damages. Even though it wasn't approved, Precise Roofing went ahead and helped me to appeal my claim. They handled every thing on their end and kept me updated every step of the way. They were able to get the denial appealed and I was able to get a new roof! The process took a long time, but I was never forgotten about or placed on the back burner. We picked the shingles and the work was done in a couple of days. I love my new roof! They give high quality work and work efficiently and quick. He was able to come out within an hour same day and determine where the leak was coming from in the attic, and as soon as we had a dry weather day he came back out to do the necessary repairs to our roof.
