I searched the listings on the MLS locating our home. The home we purchased involved Joanna Belden with DeHoff Realtors. We made a full price offer with no inspection and a cash offer. They had no other offers. We needed to move and wanted to get this process over with. We waited for 10 hours while Joanna attended her child's swim meet and her owners decided if we . Our realtor was not able to get a reply from the seller's realtor based upon the sellers' decision. Later when talking to the seller they had decided at dinner time but we did not hear anything until 10 pm. The realtor on Dominic's team was not to be heard from again after the offer was accepted. Emails come from his office with cherry messages but on the delivery of service that was absent. I began to communicate with the seller after I met them when the fence installer (arranged when offer made) accompanied me. They were great people. We worked together to get all done. Never heard from the realtor on Dominic's team until he was telling me that we needed to move the closing date after I had heard from the seller then no longer needed that move of the closing date. He was out of touch. Then, I looked online after the closing to see my name on the Auditor's website misspelled. The title company agreed to resolve that but never heard from the realtor from Dominic' team. So overall we the buyer got horrible service. I notified Dominic by email his team could have checked the website at the time of the recording of the deed to have this correct. No reply. So his leadership of the team is exactly what we got - marginal at best.

Having to change my review again. In April I was asked if I was going to renew my lease (ended June…read more30) and I asked them what the increase would be. I never received a response. I assumed my rent was not going to increase since I heard nothing. My lease expired at the end of June and I continued to pay my regular amount for July. Imagine my surprise when I came back from vacation to a notice that my rent was $150 short because they upped it $150! Management claims that they sent me a letter on April 27 by mail and attached to my door. Having a letter in your computer is not the same as proving you sent it to me ! I explained I never received either and I would not have agreed to paying $1400 a month and would've opted to leave. We are now and he said she said situation with rent. I can't afford and a lease I can't get out of. $150 a month increase after living here one year is a little excessive especially when you don't have proof that I received the notice. If you're going to increase someone's lease that much you should have new paperwork signed! I'm contacting the Housing Authority to see if this is legal Edit: by state law, since they excepted my rent at the old amount during the new lease period, and no new lease was signed, that should be what I'm paying. But I'm not risking eviction or fees, so I'm paying the new amount till I can move out next year.
