will never rent from these people ever in life due to the amount of racism and harassment that I went through for a whole year before being asked to vacate because of "renovations" that needed to be done way before we moved in. electrical wires were wrong and not up to code ( upstairs electrics powered my sockets) mold in the ceiling tiles In bathroom and under kitchen sink that I had to call the health department for and management and homeowner got 3 violations since they didn't want to come fix it. didn't fix the garage like I requested so a lot of my items that were stored In the garage got mold/mildew damage and had to be tossed. Theres way more to the situation but this video speaks mostly for itself. Tenant upstairs is supposed to be a Hospital ER employee in akron/barberton area that deals with all races and decide to treat a black and veteran household. not even going to go in to the story about how neighbor placed a planter with dirt on the roof of our unit in a way that it could fall off and it fell and hit my 69yo father in law who's a army veteran. No apology, no im sorry from anyone. Not even the owner of the house or the property management. Ive always talked to people about these types of things but never would've thought I would become a victim as well. This place was horrible to live in especially If you have children I've lived here for three years and there has been no good about this home. There was literal mushrooms growing out of my kitchen floor. The ceiling fell multiple times and they prolonged fixing it for the longest employees our rude and have no respect for their tenants. I have accidentally locked my keys in the house and the lady gave me the hardest time just to send someone out to come open the door for me. I do not recommend! read more

Rented a place from this "management company" for two years. We had Two major repairs in that time, the first was when we moved in the toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we flushed it and it took them 3 months to fix it, they replaced it with a new toilet (with a broken toilet seat that they charged us for when we moved out!) and the second repair was that our water went out and it took them an entire weekend to even get anyone out there. so we were without water for 3 full days and they did nothing to reimburse us. They also had an attitude every time I called to get someone out to our place. When we moved out we got our carpets Professionally cleaned like they told us and They still charged us $105 because they decided to "vacuum them still". When we moved in, some of the windows were without Window screens not a big deal but then they decided to charge US for them when we moved costing us $140 for screens that were not there when we moved in. I've heard other horror stories from this company of course after I had already signed a lease, would not recommend. Receptionist was always very nice and helpful! But other than that there are no pluses to this company. read more

I moved out a month early but paid my months rent. Paid a pet deposit. I lived there for 5 years. When I moved in the carpet was old and dingy- cheapest carpet ever. They didn't even paint. The fridge and stove was from the 1960's. I didn't even used the appliances, I put them covered in a tarp in the garage. I received a bill of $3000 for the cleaning of the appliances, I've never used, lol. Charged me $100 to clean two toilets, $100 to clean tubs- you would've thought I lived in filth. This company is a joke , renters either have to mail their rent checks in or go all the way up to Akron, Ohio. This place gets younger people because older people could buy a house for what they are charging. RIP OFF. I WOULD RATHER GET AN ATTORNEY THAN GIVE THEM A PENNY MORE. STAY AWAY-BEWARE!!!! read more

I bought a condo at Timbertop last year. Within a month of living there, and after being super friendly, my 10-year-old daughter and I were harassed by the old lady who lived directly next door to us. We could hear her screaming in her condo due to the somewhat thin walls. My daughter woke up afraid because she could hear Sue talking very loudly. She said she was going to call the cops on my daughter and that she would be in juvie until she turned 18, she called my daughter a whore. She told the lady who lives on the other side of me that I was in a sex ring. I have several Ring camera videos from our interactions with her when we were outside. I have a video of her at 5 am calling my daughter and me whores. This lady has been known to chase people out due to her psychotic behaviors. After several months of this harassment, I emailed VP Jason Shykja with the video evidence of the harassment- and he NEVER responded or called me with any advice or possibly a solution. He just ignored my cries for help. He was okay with the harassment of my 10-year-old daughter. This company is a joke with zero compassion. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. People who have several complaints about them should be forced to move. Nobody there feels at peace. I ended up selling my condo after only a year of owning it bc my anxiety and stress levels were through the roof and my daughter was afraid to go home. Would have given a zero if possible. Since taking over management of condos, owners spent five plus days WITHOUT HEAT in the fall. Outside maintenance is minimal to none existent. Porches and steps neither shoveled or salted after snow. Calls to office say they will "look into and call back." They NEVER call back, rarely resolve the issue unless great fuss is made. Terrible, terrible unresponsive company. Do NOT use these people or rent their property. read more

The worst landlord I have ever had. Their apartments are ok but if you have an issue that needs fixing, you better forget about it. Do not even attempt to call and talk to someone because the receptionist is clueless and rude. if you insist on a solution to your problem then Cindy (Cynthia) the president will call you herself, yell and scream at you and tells you literally that if you don't like it you can move out and of course hangs up the phone. Take from me and save yourself the headache of dealing with these disrespectful people. Cindy treats her tenants as second degree citizens because we live in cheap apartments. We left the apartment spotless when we left, rent paid in full and keys returned. Instead of refunding our security deposit they charged us $5! $200 for cleaning? Cleaning what? What kind of fuckwit cleaning company did they hire? And an additional $150 in unpaid rent for a couple weeks after we moved out? This is the worst company I've ever worked with in my life, they rented me a home under false pretenses of fixing things as well as cleaning it before I moved in also had to go back and forth with the landlord at 881 e wilbeth word cause the home was nasty, with roaches and dirty and the damn basement flooded every time it rained and I was always getting sick from something in the home it's a health hazard crossroads is ok some what but some of the slum lords they work with our not. read more

This place is the biggest joke I have ever rented from. EVERYONE who works there lies about everything. I lived in one of their apartments for 3 years and they charged me over 300 dollars for cleaning the place. Cindy is the nastiest woman there and she runs the place. They lie to get you to rent the apartment. They tell you they will fix things that shouldn't even be a question to fixing and then don't. Tried to charge me and my boyfriend more money for moving in halfway through the month but didn't fix anything they said they were going to before we moved in and I stressed how important it was because we just had our first child at the time. My bathroom floor had such awful water damage the wood under the plastic floor was soft and starting to sink through the floor (into the vacant and gutted out apartment below). The place was disgusting and it was cracking in half, then charged me to plaster walls that were already falling apart before I rented the place out. Me and my boyfriend needed a place to live and this apartment didn't seem too bad but we lived in a nightmare. Do not call them either, everyone will be nasty to you...I talked to Cindy, the "president" as she calls herself, and I asked why the woman answering the phone was so rude and she said "She might be having a bad day" and I said that I understand bad days but that isn't how you treat someone calling and asking a question and she said that she has policies that she requires them to follow through with. I asked if being rude was policy and she flat out told me yes and that she will mirror anything her employees do. I couldn't believe it, I actually laughed out loud that this crazy, incompetent woman is actually running a business. It floors me. Save yourself the nightmare.
