Workers from Big Rapids Roofing came out yesterday morning around 7am and worked until 7:30 - 8pm in the evening. Five men and a woman. The team of six employees worked together great. They knew what needed to be done and they didn't stop until the job was finished. When finished on the roof they cleaned everything up like using a fine tooth comb. They were extremely hardworking, efficient, thorough and kept me informed on what issues they found while on the roof and showed me the boards that needed replacing from water damage. We were fortunate they didn't find any mold in the rafters after all the leaking we've experienced. This team of workers from Big Rapids Roofing I would hire for any job and strongly recommend them to others for all their home or business work project. We contacted Kieff's Roofing approx 6-7 years ago to have some roofing repairs. They obviously did…read morenot want to do repairs but they wanted to replace it. It was about 18 years old so we decided to go ahead and have them replace it. It took them awhile to get to it, but it was completed in December. They did a good job but had to come back to fix some issues. We now need an awning taken down that they put up for us and some shingles replaced in that area. We called them two weeks ago to have them come back out to give us a quote, but have not heard back from them whether they want the job or not. I will edit this "would I recommend them" from a maybe to a yes if we hear back from them. EDIT: Since this review, Kieff's Roofing did eventually get out to remove the awning and replace the shingles today. I'm changing my review to five stars and do recommend this company for your roofing needs, however, plan ahead if you can, as it may take them awhile to get out to you.

Bobs roofing,…read more Complete waste of time. I called these guys multiple times, scheduled appointments, spoke with Bill on the phone and he told me he'd come right by. He never showed up to the house so I reached out multiple times. This company was a referral by multiple people and I'm not exactly sure why. If they can't pickup the phone to tell me they're too busy, they're a bunch of losers with a lackluster work ethic and even worse quality of work in the field.
