The employee took a sheet of paper, slammed, rolled and then turned it over to demonstrate what to do with the carpet. He proceeded to berate us when we asked if we could roll half of the rug since it was already set in an assisted living apartment. He continued to belittle us when we asked questions and shared our story of trying to prevent a family member from tripping. We were classy and walked out thanking him, but I would not recommend anyone conduct business with this establishment. Kindness matters!

Along with their professionalism, they do excellent QUALITY work, including the cleanup, with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. I was blown away by the amazing service I received. We agreed to the terms on a Friday and 5 days later my roof job was started and completed in 1 day. He sent me a video of the decking after the old roof was torn off and another video showing the finished, new roof. He also went to the neighbor's houses early that day to let them know that work was being done on our house. Several of my relatives were at the house and were all impressed by Jose and his crew.
