So excited to finally have access to cryotherapy here on the Palouse!! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the services and benefits of each. I have done seral sessions im the cryotherapy chamber, and it has made a huge impact on my muscle recovery! As someone that has struggled with autoimmune issues that have led to pain and reduced activity, I can now work out 3 days a week and my pain level has decreased significantly. The localized cryptherapy has also helped to improve my husband's neck and shoulder pain.
