I was looking for a place where I could get Tirzepitide. After reading about all the reviews on how…read morewell it worked, I really wanted to try it. After completing the first month following Northwell's regimen, with little to no results, I proceeded to pay for the next month. I was given 2 doses of syringes that had been pre-filled by Crystal of doses that I was specifically told and assured were sryringes of 5 mg of Tirzepitide. When I didn't notice any changes or results from that, I called the office and Nikki told me as she looked at my chart that I hadn't actually gotten the 5 mg doses, I had only gotten 2.5 mg thus far, keep in mind I was told by the other gal Crystal that she had given me two doses of the 5 mg of Tirzepitide. Then Crystal hopped on the phone after I spoke with Nikki and apologized for the confusion, ( this was the person that told me I was getting the 5 mg) and said that my meds hadn't come in yet, but that they should be there soon, so she had given me the 2.5 until my medication came in, and that there would be no extra charge from their office for the extra two doses of the 2.5 mg. Even on the so called "5 mg" that I finally received, I was still not receiving the results that I should on Tirzepitide. When I told Nikki that I would not be continuing with them, she apologized for the confusion. I would be wary of this place...this was a MAJOR discrepancy. My background is in Nursing, I worked as an RN for years, this kind of discrepancy would have gotten someone fired. It's never okay to lie and give someone a different dose of what they are supposed to be getting. My trust was breached, it made me question the validity of what I had been receiving from the start.
