General manager is beyond rude. Had a question about my account she would not let me speak. Acted like a was beneath her and I owed her a favor. They clearly are not customer focused as I have never felt so horrible after having a conversation with a person. Never new a place could be so rude. read more

Came to tan at so tan today. I've had an on going membership almost two years now and these new girls working here need to get it together. The last few times I've came to tan I've been told 8 to 10 minutes for a bed and waited 20 to 30 and skipped over these last few times I've tanned. I worked at Hawaiian sun and body fx so I know it's busy season and expect a wait but today I was told 12 minutes for level 2 and 8 minutes for a 1 and even longer if I wanted to upgrade. I said well I'll take what opens first. Multiple people went to tan in my levels who came in after me and that 8 minute wait turned in to 30 minutes. A level 4 even came open while I waited and a girl who just walked in after I sat there for 15 min at this point got a bed I was already willing to pay to upgrade to. When I said something to one of the girls she was so clueless and I didn't even get a sorry we've been skipping you. I'm very disappointed as I pay hard earned money to this business monthly. Like I said I've worked in this industry and its not hard to go in order. I'm sure you can agree with me when I say the last thing I want to do is spend all evening waiting on a bed. The manager by the way is great. It's too bad she wasn't here both times this happened to me. read more
