My husband called to cancel our dogs appt due to a family emergency and the woman who own this place was screaming on the top of her lungs at us and telling us we aren't allowed to schedule anymore with her except on certain days after 3 pm and we work 2nd shift. They also are never on time with their appointment I would schedule one for 9 and they would be running 45 minutes late everytime.

There was no "incident" to speak of. The groomer, a younger person, misconstrued my gentlemanly kindness for romantic interest and the company sided with their own vice contacting me about it. The whole non-encounter was captured on video. Anyway, I hope they don't do that to anyone else.

I'm sure they are not closed at 6:50 and they close at 7. She says they have turned off all the lights and they are all clearly on. I honestly think she just didn't want to sell us a fish.
