He was nice enough to tie the bags for me so the items didn't go everywhere. We went back to the bakery to pick up a cake for our friends birthday. There was no one at the counter until an employee came out of the freezer. We asked him to write 'happy birthday Allie' on a cake we chose and he said 'I'll try'. Which should have been a red flag right off the bat. The photo attached to this review will speak for itself with how this went..... With wanting to just get out of the store and not make a big deal, we packed up the cake and took it home. It's a hilarious photo and I laugh every time I look at it LOL.
