Throughout the entire journey, Coley was there--answering every question, calming every worry, and never once making me feel like I was asking too much (even when I thought I was being annoying, haha). She guided us with so much knowledge and warmth, making sure we always felt safe and supported. Our delivery was long--being my first--but Coley never wavered. She knew exactly what to do, always reassuring us that everything was unfolding just as it should. Her confidence and care made all the difference, and I can't imagine having gone through it without her. Without a doubt, I'd call Coley again for my second pregnancy.

At 33 1/2 wks I was admitted for pre-eclampsia and rushed down to Mary Birch in SD (originally I was planning to go to Loma Linda in Murrieta). Even with the change in plans and schedule Robin was very accommodating. She worked with several of my family members for the pick up and drop off. I believe the turn around time was 2 days. I started taking them right away. Although I have nothing to compare it to because this was my first birth. I believe these pills helped me tremendously, everyone was blown away by how quickly I recovered especially considering I needed a c-section. The pills came packaged in dark glass jars with the directions right on them. And the pills were easy to swallow, they reminded me of my prenatals minus the vitamin flavor. I recommend this service to my friends and I will definitely hire Robin again with baby number 2!

My husband and I sought out a doula after experiencing a very rough first trimester mentally and emotionally. I knew after going through a rough pregnancy and PP with my first child that it would be a good idea to bring on additional support. I researched multiple doulas, and after interviewing another person who in my opinion was tied for first-- something told me to go with Amanda... And I'm so glad I did. The thing that I gravitated toward the most with her was her empowering, yet calm energy as well as the fact that she herself is a mother and has experienced birth. She connected with me on so many levels during my pregnancy and labor/delivery. Even having such an involved and supportive husband, Amanda provided support and assistance in ways we never could have done on our own. I felt so comfortable and grateful to have her in my pregnancy journey/labor & delivery experience. It wouldn't have been the same without her. Her doula service is well worth the money and I would absolutely use her again! Thank you so much Amanda

From the moment I met Liz, I knew I didn't need to meet anyone else. I loved her, and was so excited to be working with her. She came over to my house a couple times, and she provided me so many great resources for before and after my birth! She was always so helpful whenever I had any questions, and I had a ton! When it came time for my son to be born, there was meconium in the water, which led to a c section. I was scared for my baby, Liz was right there holding my hand while I cried. She waited at the hospital with my husband and I for hours. It was like my best friend was there. After my son was born (11-23-19) Liz took my placenta for encapsulation, and came to my house a few days after his birth. We talked about the birth and she gave me a beautiful placenta print, my sons dried cord, a picture of my placenta, and my placenta pills. Liz is so kind and genuinely caring. She is meant for this line of work. I cannot think of a better person to have had by my side through my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Nikki was amazing and an essential part of my extremely positive experience. We met with her in advance which helped us get to know each other, and also helped my husband feel more comfortable with having another person present for the birth. I was at the doctor's for my 39 week check up when I was told to go directly to the hospital as I was already 5cm dilated. Nikki rushed through to be with me even though I was sure I would be laboring until the evening. Good thing she did, as my baby boy arrived 3 hours later. During the labor itself, she was a calm coach who's attention and support let me feel confident enough to focus only on getting through my contractions. Nikki anticipated all my needs - timing my contractions on my phone, putting pressure on my lower back when I needed it and bringing me water and snacks to help keep my energy up. She worked very well with all the hospital staff and even stayed with us after the birth to help ease into the hospital and enjoy the moment. I highly recommend Nikki. She's the best!

I was dealing with blood blisters, a poor latch, doubts and fears about supply, and a baby that was temporarily not gaining enough weight. As a first-time mom, it was extremely stressful, and there were many tears. However, Juliana's visits always left me feeling more informed, reassured, and capable. We also did a weighted feed during every visit, which confirmed that my baby was indeed getting enough to eat. I still remember the relief I felt when I learned that. Juliana is a big reason why I decided to stay the course with breastfeeding. (Thank goodness, because now I LOVE it.) My insurance covered the cost of the visits, so I just paid the $60 travel fee. I also attended her breastfeeding class with my husband before giving birth. This was super helpful, but I recommend taking the class within 1 month of your due date. We took it a bit too early in my pregnancy, and forgot a couple things by the time I gave birth. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a lactation consultation with Juliana if you're in need of support!

We left not only knowing what stroller we want, but with a big smile on our faces. Highly, highly recommend!

I was first greeted by Cristi, the executive director and midwife. She made me feel at ease and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. The birth center itself is in a peaceful community in Fallbrook. It has 3 birth rooms to choose from that are themed differently. I believe I chose the green room which acquired to my liking and it was extremely peaceful. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. My birth experience was just perfect thanks to my midwife Debbie and the student midwives, Azure and Mel. They were so patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. I believe I met most of the midwives and they are all lovely. I love how you get to do your birth, your way, and the midwives guide you while following your lead. I don't trust traditional hospitals and I would much rather do a holistic birth with midwives, just as it has been done for ages. I would choose Acorn over and over again if I were to have more children. I even had to switch my health insurance just so I could give birth at the center versus a hospital and it was so worth it. My first experience was great, although after labor I experienced some hemorrhaging. Once staff figured what was wrong they acted fast and I was relieved. It was a little traumatic for me but it didn't taint my experience with Acorn. I came back for round two!!! 2nd time around two years later! And probably one of my favorites. I had Cristi Sedona and Kyra for my team! And I would choose the same 3 every-time. Each of them brought a different vibe, but it was a mix that you need on your team! I can't thank them enough for making each experience so special, For me my husband and my family! If I was having more kids, no questions asked... I would do it again.... and again....
