THE WORST!! My son's soccer team switched over to them for this new season and it has been the worse experience EVER!!! 1. Super over prices & horrible quality. I received a shirt and the logo is all shriveled up (view image) 2. I ordered since July 8th and it is now August 19th and 7 items are still missing. And to make matters worse the 7 items have been stuck in Tennessee since July 21 and are still currently there. 3. Customer service sucks! No answered They need to go out of business!!!

Stay away from this company. I purchased a very expensive pair of cleats which got torn within 3 weeks of normal use. Pictures of the damage were sent as proof of damage, and the cleats were discarded as they were useless. Soccer.com refuses to take responsibility and refund without receiving the damaged cleats (that were discarded). Terrible accountability. Do not buy from this place. Look for somewhere else, most likely you will benefit from better customer service. read more

This place has the worst customer service return policy and is not customer friendly I just got off of the phone without rude lazy person with horrible customer service!! If my kids club did not use them I would never buy from them !! I have two kids and the equals about a thousand dollars a year. Im suggest to my kids club we go with someplace that is willing to put customer first. This place will never get my money again. read more

Absolutely atrocious experience with soccer.com. After waiting for TWO MONTHS for my son's soccer boots, they abruptly canceled the order without any explanation. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They failed to communicate throughout the entire process, leaving us in the dark. My son was eagerly awaiting his boots, and now we're left scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute. Terrible customer service, zero reliability. I would advise everyone to avoid this store at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. read more

The group that I went with, we were split until 2 groups - blue and green. There are different games to be played, once the time is up, you all meet back at the base for a new set of instructions. You aren't supposed to shoot any closer than 3 meters but I don't think anyone follows those rules and it could really hurt! Haha. Overall, great experience, fun activity, great for team building.
