Instead of a refund, I got a letter from FTB requesting $1500.00. When I contacted the firm, they told me that FTB didn't receive a 2nd payment I was supposed to make for estimated taxes. While they were doing my taxes, they never told me that I was supposed to send a 2nd payment. I already paid FTB much more money than I did in previous years. Don't do business with this incompetent company.
