I had to register and get a title for my new utility trailer. I read a lot of reviews for different…read morethings but I don't believe everything that I read. Even though I read a lot of reviews I seldom write one unless the service is exceptional and I can confirm another review. I went to the license plate agency on Wilson Rd. in Sanford NC to register my trailer. Having read the prior review about how short of time they waited I set the stopwatch on my phone and left the phone on the drivers seat of the car and walked inside the agency. It appeared that there were four clerks on duty. There were four people at the counter and three people in line. I almost walked out but then I noticed that the three people in line were all together for just one transaction. Two people finished and left the counter and the three in line went to one clerk and I had to go to the clerk that issued titles. She was quick and efficient and explained what I needed to know. I was out of there with everything completed and back in my car in 9 minutes and 34 seconds. (It could have been less but I walk slow). I should mention that this all occurred at about 3 in the afternoon. If I ever have a reason to go to a License plate agency I know which one to go to. One more thing, they accept cash, check or credit cards but if you are getting a title you have to pay $9.00 in CASH for the notary.

This is a nice library with many stations. The staff were helpful. We asked if you could obtain a library card if not a resident of the area and yes you can acquire a card but it was costly per month.
