I would rather drive 30 miles out of my way than to have to encounter the apex staff. If you need a pen, a marker, a piece of tape to make a correction you better keep supplies in your vehicle because again they can't be bothered even when what you need is right there in front of them. Supplies that our tax payer dollars also pay for. Customer service and kindness go a long way. First of all it is right off of a main road and not too far from the brand new library. The parking lot is huge and I was one of three cars there on a mid-Saturday morning. When I walked inside there were three registers open each staffed with a USPS employee. There was absolutely no line. I talked to the employee and shipped my package very similarly to my past experiences with USPS. The woman I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. All positive experiences. In the past mail from this post office had been misplaced in my apartment complex-mail was being delivered to the incorrect mailboxes however things have greatly improved over the past three months. It seems that they are improving their operations.
