I'm not sure if they accept walk ins. They might but your wait will be long. Waited about 5-10 minutes before being called. I had to present my ID and marriage certificate. Lady processed it and informed me I'll receive my new documents in the mail within two weeks. Fast and easy process.

December 17th at 3:11pm i got a text from the postal carrier that my package was in my mailbox, at 3:21pm i checked my mailbox but no package. After making a claim, i got a call December 19th stating that they couldn't locate my package and would issue a refund. Last year I had a important mail coming, email showed it was scanned and out for delivery but it never showed up in my mailbox, that was a check. Either on the phone or in person every postal worker i contacted about each situation were very unapologetic and some down right rude..So i guess from now on I'll have to pay for different shipping i hope, but USPS this is unacceptable

There was no one else in the office! Not one customer. But still the postal employee refused to honor my daughter's appointment, and sent her away. We'd been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment! The quiet room only has one table and 3 chairs. They have plenty of computers that are available. There are two stars. The missing stars are due to hidden rules enforced aggressively by someone who wants acknowledgement. I was approached about a phone call I took in a section of the library by myself (far from the quiet room). I don't know their schedule but be mindful, they micromanage and enforce those rules. Some staff are more on guard than the security guard.
