When I call to inquire how does my card that was not delivered have a balance on it and tell them it had to be the mail carrier or the mail sorter who took it I am told that they cannot make accusations about it. But who else would have my card. Now I have been waiting 11 days for my medication. It was set for deliver on the 16, I checked my ring door bell no one came to my door. No missed delivery marker was placed. Only way I knew my mail wasn't delivered because I called the VA to see where my medication was and they provide me the information. Then they stated my package would be delievered the next business day. That was a fat lie because they didn't even attempt to deliver it until the 22nd. I didn't know that it was that many nonbusiness days 18-21 now come on. Make it make sense. I can trust this post officer and the mail carrier as far as I can throw it. Oh the laughable part is that they are stating my house is not accessible. I have no gate. If the jehovah witnesses, girl scout cookie girls, solar panel sales man, alley cats, wolves and other creatures can get into my yard then why not the post carrier. I know why because she was too fucking lazy to lift her legs out of the van to walk them up the walkway and then ring my doorbell. She must be blind too to not see I have cameras on my house and can see that the deliver that she attempted was her just driving past my damn mailbox.

I was hesitant in coming to jury duty at first, ya know riff raff and rats running up trying to rip…read moreyour nylons and such. But I digress. Here I am in the jury room, so far the place is not treating me bad and there are no rats visible to rip my nylons (well actually they are Dolce & Gabbana socks in multi color but that's not the point). So I came in the line where men and women are separated and you of course have to take off all items like belts and jewelry. I seriously thought that my pants were about to fall right down to the ground, good thing I have on the new CK's you know, just in case I am discovered to be the next CK model. Of course I would take out Justin Bieber's new campaign because ummm no air brush needed here. But any-who, the court house consist of various buildings but the one I am attached to for the day is clean, brite and quite accommodating. On the jury room they have several sections to hang out in, as I am sure this experience will be a good one, I still hope not to be choose as I do have prior commitments later on in the evening. The vending machines have plenty of sugar products to wire me up to the high heavens, so if chosen, I will never shut my mouth! Parking is beyond ample and if you have to come to a court house, I would assume this one would match the lot of them. So remember, being change, a book, a lap top, an iPad or snacks to get through the day, as this will be a very long but pleasant one I am sure.

The Homewood Public Library is another in a string of wonderful library spaces on the south side of…read morethe greater Chicagoland area. This one is spacious and two-story, holding thousands of entries. The on-line catalog was easy to maneuver - so you can easily find stuff when you are there or from home when you are researching - and the library shares with a number of others in a system - so you can get access to materials not in this library but in the system. Works very well. The entrance to the library has a number of large display cases where they highlight special exhibits. There is a childrens' room inside on the first floor (can get a bit noisy at times but they do the best they can with the space), and the library also has private study rooms where you can get away from all distractions for a few hours for study or reading. The Homewood Public Library is a winner...go and see for yourself next time you need library materials.

One had the door locked with a sign on the door, in the bathroom, will return in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes with no clock in the lobby and then started making noise. How do I know when she left the desk???? She came out belligerent asking me if I was making the noise. I was the only one there. so I was shocked to find new personal in this branch and thankful for the upgrade.

It left Glenwood, and received in Burbank and that is as far as it got. They cannot tell me where it is, if it ever left Burbank, why it took 3 days to get there. Delivery was suppose to be on July 9. I was told today that it would be 3 business days before they would get back to me with an update. That will be 11 days since it was done at the post office. This is unacceptable. The evelope has original, legal paperwork that cannot be duplicated and I have to assume it is lost or stolen because the postal service has no idea where it could possibly be.
