They kept saying its quarterly when my agreement clearly says monthly for bed bugs. I was told the local office was sent an email to get in touch with me. They didnt call so I went to their office and I was clearly irate and all they could do was say I should go and they acted like they called the cops on the phone. I talked to a manager on the phone afterwards and she said I was told by cops not to come back when in reality I left before a cop ever showed up. They make mistakes then lie and blame the customer for being angry. Stay away is my suggestion. They are terrible to people.

The workout is real with all the steep dune trails, but climbing the limestone tower rewards you with a crazy panoramic view of Lake Michigan. For a smaller zoo, the animal encounters are incredibly close up; I got right near grizzly bears, wolves, a lion, and an awesome lynx that was acting like a giant housecat, bouncing around and playing with branches. It only takes about one hour to explore, completely skips the exhausting crowds and high prices of big city zoos, and sits right across the street from the beach, making it the perfect kickoff for a lake day.
