Excellent service from Franklin Pest Solution, especially Jarrett M. It was very easy to schedule an inspection and Franklin scheduled it to occur very quickly even though it was not an emergency (we appreciated the promptness!). Jarrett was great at communicating his arrival time (and he arrived a bit early, which was great) and, even though it delayed him quite a bit, he was incredibly patient and easy-going when we had difficulty opening a garage door. He gave us great info about the cause of our tiny ants and suggested a fix that did not involve using pest control. I really appreciated his expertise and integrity. Truly A+++ customer service. I am very disappointed with this company. From the start the agreement was wrong from what I was told verbally to what they put in their computer for treatment services. When you call to explain an issue they won't acknowledge they made a mistake. I called to reschedule a treatment because they never initiated the follow up. A service guy came by and tried to enter our residence without knocking first. I called 3 times to get them to return for a follow up I was told would occur in 4 weeks. They kept saying its quarterly when my agreement clearly says monthly for bed bugs. I was told the local office was sent an email to get in touch with me. They didnt call so I went to their office and I was clearly irate and all they could do was say I should go and they acted like they called the cops on the phone. I talked to a manager on the phone afterwards and she said I was told by cops not to come back when in reality I left before a cop ever showed up. They make mistakes then lie and blame the customer for being angry. Stay away is my suggestion. They are terrible to people. read more

I'd like to start off by saying that this is easily the worst company I've ever worked for. The "management" is so unorganized and there lack of communication is atrocious. Dave the head manager comes to work drunk or on some sort of drug everyday and doesn't make any sense anytime he tries to talk. They train you just barley enough to be able to go out there and do a decent job then get pissed when you don't know what to do. I would not recommend their service to my worst enemy. They never treated me fair from the start. Hired two new people after I had already been there for a few months and they started making more than me. I would like to say before this begins I do not like writing bad reviews, but after much reflection my experience needs to be known to others who are looking for help. My house hold had gotten an infestation of bed bugs some time ago. The people who face this problem know how hard they are to get rid of even with early detection. When I first was aware of the situation I called in to get multiple quotes, I had caught them early enough that if I had not by pure luck caught a bug Franklin said they would told me I did not have a problem, this should of been my first warning. We hired Franklin to just nip this problem in the butt. The first time they came and did it I kept telling them I still had a problem, but apparently keeping a clean house is not what you want to do if you want them to honor their guarantee. I had them come over multiple times any time there was eggs they said that's normal and they are not alive you will find eggs for months after an infestation..... ( Note: I would also like to add after the first full treatment I had flees within the first 20 days that I was able to rid myself in a week, these treatments also cover flees with the chemicals they use.) Needless to say we did not get another treatment after the first one was not successful, but I thought this was my fault for keeping the house too clean, because they wanted to see lots of stains on my bedding some thing I was cleaning every few days. So after a bit we hired them again because I thought It was my fault for keeping the house too clean. After months of saving and keeping the problem to a minimum with self treatment, ready to just be done with this process we hired them again. After all they have good reviews and a family member who lives in an apartment had a good experience, that I confirmed with my own eyes, was successful. This time the price went up by 200usd even though we got rid of large furniture that was apart previous treatment quote. The second time their was only one tech not two that showed up and the amount of time the tech spent in my house was the same as two people that did it last time. I showed the tech pictures of bite marks at the last of three treatment. The tech did spend more time on the third treatment then previously done treatments trying. The tech informed me to call if I CATCH the elusive bedbugs. I bought glue traps I held off on cleaning white sheets. This time I knew what to do after and not to call for eggs and let the signs build. I only had one spot show up on the comforter they will call a previous stain I was not able to catch these bugs they hide and hide well. I checked my box spring weekly with a very bright flashlight. I had absolutely no guests over, I kept my clothing in bags. My husband works in a small space that is bug free. I did everything I could but I could not catch one or give them enough proof for a respray . Keep in mind bite marks don't count because they can't identify that the bite where made by bedbugs. Franklin apparently only works if you live in an apartment complex, and not a home. I'm going to start to look to see what else I can do. I most likely will be filing a lawsuit, even though this will take time to accomplish. Started with them in 2014. Watched their service get sloppier and sloppier. Finally said I'm done in March 2016. I still get a weekly robo call telling me to call and schedule an appt. Even after calling them and leaving a nasty VM. Use anyone else. read more

We found carpenter ants during a re-roofing job. I called Franklin Pest and they were here in 10 minutes! Chris was very friendly and was able to treat the area before the contractor had to put trim back in place. We have used Franklin since we moved in last August and found them to be very referral-worthy. read more

We have had good luck with this company. Have used them for 7 years. Technician is always prompt. There are bad bug seasons so you many need sprayed more often than what you might think. Takes care of indoor and outdoor. read more
