Follow through with your 5-15 business day reply you're posting in your emails when people are TRYING TO APPLY FOR YOUR SERVICE!! I started my SS application on10/2/2024 and on the final page of the application it's stated that someone will get in touch with you 5-15 business days after completing your application to schedule your appointment and they may use your application date (in my case it was October second of this year) as the application date. Well guess what?! At this point we're way past your 5-15 business days reply. So somebody better do something about it before I get a lawyer involved! read more

The worst!!! Due to Covid, office is closed to the public and the phone number listed on scrap paper, rings and rings followed by a "click!" Yes.... After holding and ringing for over thirty minutes, the call dropped. I know employees are still being paid the same amount, must be nice to get that money for free. read more

No answer to repeated phone calls which I allowed to ring until my phone hung up for me, so you may not be able to make an appointment by phone. However, it was not as crowded as I expected on a Friday morning but there was still a bit of a wait. The agent I spoke with, Anu, was especially helpful. She answered all questions and made key recommendations. She obviously cares about her clients. One thought: security is airport-like, for which reason you don't want to bring a pocket knife in with you. read more

I have been to this office several times and have to remark on the discourteous attitude of the staff. I have yet to speak with one representative over there that I felt was actually trying to help. Twice I was told "this is a Federal office" in a tone which seemed to indicate I could be carried out to the rear of the building and put in stocks if I weren't careful. Oh brother. I never saw such a bunch of miserable employees. The boss must be a real pill. read more
