Despite waiting for a week, the items were still not shipped, which was inconvenient as I needed them before leaving on my trip in two weeks. Jen was very understanding and quickly canceled my order, processing a refund for me. It would be even better if they could improve their efficiency in fulfilling orders promptly.

When I contacted the store to correct it and asked for the past year's missed offer, the owner (Tom Michael) refused, even though the mistake was caused by their own staff. Instead of honoring the gift card I should have received, I was only offered a donation made "in my name" to a charity. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.

"Actually There's A Lot of Crying in Baseball," which is very apropos to our local Major League team here in Pittsburgh. The shirt was $36. We bought one for a Father's Day gift. I was surprised to learn that the return policy on shirts is one year . . . ONE YEAR!! That's kinda crazy, but apparently they are supposedly good quality, and made in the U.S.A. In addition to shirts, they also had other clothing too, such as hats, shorts, socks, n'at, and they even had stickers for sale . . . Cheers! P.S. You'll find things that you can wear to work or out on the first floor and then a jeans/graphic t-shirt section on the second floor. There is a lot to look at and chose from, regardless of how you dress yourself (from GQ to Jersey Shore). Within each designer, the pieces are quite variable. You'll usually find a few really nice items, and the sales can be incredibly good. For example, I got an amazing Paul Smith tuxedo for $400 during their spring sale last year. Their regular prices are on par with Boston or New York. Keep in mind that they usually buy one size of each piece, so if you do like something it's probably not going to be there if you don't get it the first time you try it on. Service-wise, the owner is very nice and the staff is attentive. Their tailor is very good, and they do a good job in the store with alterations.
