Lisa made set up of the new account easy, setting me up for online banking, my ATM/Debit card and ordering my new checks. Prior to checking, I held a "rainy day" account here. Instead of remembering 3 different account numbers like at most banks, could walk in tell them checking, old account and new account and they new exactly where to deposit or make the withdrawals. Each customer is known on a first name basis, you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and the speed of doing transactions is quick. As I said, they are pretty much strictly, savings, checkings and loans. What does this mean for the customers? Well this means no limits on what I can & can't do with my money. So say if for example, you only wanted to keep $10 in the account, you could w/o having to pay $30 for the "please keep my account open" fee. If you need to contact them for a problem, you can do it in person or phone and talk to someone local, not a transplant from Zimbabwae via Tippacanoe. Granted, they don't offer the perks of reward credit cards, or the put in xx number of dollars and we will give you a free toaster. But what they do offer is just down home, old fashioned, good customer service, basic banking. Also if you are a NASCAR fan, Debbie will be happy to chat with you as well.
