I do not know how to express how greatful I am to Dr. Mandy and her staff, but they worked a miracle for me! I tripped over a bump in a sidewalk and fell face first. I broke a couple teeth in the front, which looked bad but did not hurt as much as I thought it would. I was able to get in right away and be fixed up! I was very nervous at first, especially with it being my front teeth, but I love the results! The work Dr. Mandy did was even better than what I had before my accident. She took her time with me. She made sure to answer all of my questions and made me comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the office is nicely decorated and even has heated and massaging chairs! The whole staff is super friendly and made sure I felt right at home, even Dr. Mandy's husband stopped in to check on me. I have always dreaded going to the Dentist, but it has changed for me. I finally feel like I have found the right place for me. They treated me with kindness and compassion, which is something I had not experienced in previous offices. The staff was also on top of answering any questions regarding insurance and explaining what to expect before and after treatment. This is the best Dentist office in the Chattanooga area (atleast that I have been too). They are quick at answering any questions I had regarding my insurance and estimated costs for treatment. They are HONEST people, which is what I am looking for when it comes to my health care. Plus, I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for each of my appointments. I have been in several times over the years for cleanings, and I love my hygienist. She is great. She takes her time caring for my teeth and gives helpful suggestions on how I can help my sensitive teeth. Both Dr. Mandy and Dr. Bob are great. I have had a bit of cosmetic work done by Dr. Mandy. She listened to what my concerns and answered all my questions before my procedure, and I am thrilled with the result! Most importantly, she has been very thorough and exacting when cleaning my teeth and yet makes the experience so much less cringe worthy with her gentle touch and personable manner. My wife had a bad past experience with a dentist, but needed major dental work done. We shopped around for months and decided on Soddy Daisy Smiles. I'm glad we did! Dr. Robert talked us thru the different options, his demeanor, professionalism and approach put my wife at ease. She has been for 2 procedures so far, everything is going well. I have been in for a cleaning and consultation with Dr Mandy. She was polite, and very professional. The hygienists we have worked with, have been equally professional and polite. Scheduled appointment time was met (no waiting) and actually, even a few minutes early even though this was a first time visit. Everyone was personable and helpful. Amenities (TV's and the massage chairs in the treatment rooms) are thoughtful. The approach of using several people to acquire needed diagnostic information is efficient, and allows the dentist(s) to spend more time in consultation with the patient. After taking the time to outline an action plan, the office staff took the time to discuss options but wasn't pushy about forcing schedules and they even will contact my insurance company to assure exact cost reimbursement. I really liked this office. The waiting room was very clean and welcoming, the receptionist Olivia welcomed me with a smile and made me feel important. I saw Sharon for my cleaning. She was gentle and super talkative, made my cleaning fly by, and Dr Mandy, who did my exam, took the time and listened to all my questions, did a very thorough job, and I didn't feel rushed at all.
