We were told a price that we would pay, in the office, on the date of service and that there would be no additional pathology charges. Since we are well aware of how the system works with labs and such, we confirmed this information with 3 different people over the phone and at the office. A month later we received an additional bill for $3000!  When I say that I have been on the phone for HOURS these last few months trying to resolve this issue, I am not exaggerating! I have even gone into the office to speak to someone and was turned away saying there was no one available to talk to. I have gotten the runaround from every person I have talked to. It has been a NIGHTMARE!!  In addition, the services we received were subpar. They left a stitch (that they said was supposed to be internal) hanging out of my husband's back from simple mole removal. We had to book an additional appointment to have that literally pulled out. His wound then got infected, they said they would call in antibiotics and it took 48 hours and several phone calls before we could get the medications he needed from the pharmacy!  Truly I do not think there is another practice that I could recommend less! Learn from our mistake, do yourself a favor, and do business elsewhere.

She rivals Dr. S and keeps her spirit in the practice. I am almost 50. I have a panic/anxiety disorder that I manage. I got my first IUD today. T2 couldn't have been kinder, more empathetic, gentle, and transparent. This process was so easy. She set me up for what was going to happen, the reality of the situation, and everything else to ease my nerves. The procedure (something that was spiking my anxiety) was so easy. He could retire any time, but he enjoys work and his patients. He takes a common sense approach when advising his patients, but he saves lives too! A friend of mine had multiple problems and no dr in town could diagnose the core problem. Dr. Taulbee did it by noticing the changes in her skin and fingernails and ordering the right tests.
