She rivals Dr. S and keeps her spirit in the practice. I am almost 50. I have a panic/anxiety disorder that I manage. I got my first IUD today. They ran the wrong labs and when I told them I wasn't going to come in for them to take new ones - they still billed me for their mistake. On top of that, they "document" lies so when you take it up higher, they tell you that "it's documented so you still have to pay". Pretty much your word against theirs.
